The Solverde casino and the Hotel can and should be visited.
On the beach, next to the marina, 500m away, there is Nosolo Beach and Nosolo Piscina Marítima, always with music, entertainment and parties, as well as an excellent restaurant suitable for any occasion as entry is free, except on announced party days.
There is a Restaurant, Mistral, 50m away, specializing in grilled fish, many others are located on Avenida da Praia and all offer a full menu for €9.90, drinks aside. I recommend the 3 Palmeiras at 200mts, very good!
I recommend going down to the beach and taking the walk between Rocha and Praia do Vau, it's about 3KM, but it's a unique moment of leisure and good diving, then on the way back, a visit to the lighthouse to scare away the envy. Return home and rest.
